We warrant that you and we are forming a binding agreement under these Terms and Conditions and that by using, subscribing to, purchasing, or benefiting from the services we provide, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions of Studycent presented herein, please do not access the website/application of Studycent and do not subscribe/buy/benefit from the services of Studycent

II. Parties

b. User
The term user refers to users who benefit from our services through our website or any other medium. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our services. By utilising our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you are not authorized to use our services. By using, subscribing to, purchasing, or benefiting from the services we provide on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity and agree to these Terms and Conditions on its behalf.

III. Services

a. Definition of the services
At Studycent, we provide personalised teaching materials, lesson plans, class specifications, model essays, dissertations, and customised instructional resources for tutors who require these materials to work closely with foreign students seeking to learn Western academic standards and expectations.

We provide:

Customised essays, dissertations, and teaching materials for tutors to use as instructional aids only.
The preparation of lesson plans and specialized curricula for tutors who want to teach groups of students in a particular subject area.
The preparation of lesson plans and specialized curricula for tutors who want to teach groups of students in a particular subject area.

We do not provide ready-made work for tutors to pass on to students for submission as their own, as this is strictly prohibited under these Terms and Conditions. For detailed usage guidelines, please refer to Article 4 of this document.

b. Purpose and Expected Use of Materials
Our services provide tutors with personalised teaching materials, lesson plans, class specifications, customised model examples, sample works, and materials intended solely to demonstrate the standard of writing required by students on a particular subject and to illustrate academic conventions for their students to aid them when writing their work. Allowing students to use sections of our work or passing our work directly to students is strictly prohibited, damages our reputation, and violates our terms.

You represent that:

You are ordering services at a minimum age of 18.
We are not liable for any improper or unethical use of materials that violate your student's; regional or institutional rules, regulations, and academic policies.
You will use our products at your own discretion and take full responsibility for understanding and adhering to your student's; institutional policies.

c. Quality Standards and Alterations Policy
You may request alterations or revisions within 10 calendar days of the completed delivery if you believe the product does not substantially meet your original specifications. Any requests for alterations beyond the initial scope will incur additional fees on a time and materials basis.

IV. Use of the services

a. Permitted use
You must use the services of Studycent in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, particularly the Use Policy; presented herein and applicable laws.

In light of this, Studycent materials may be used by tutors as:

Examples demonstrating high-quality Western academic writing expectations and styles.
Study aids to help foreign students unfamiliar with Western education better understand assignments and develop relevant skills.
Inspiration for foreign students to create original work meeting Western academic standards.
Teaching tools to assist tutors in explaining and perfecting students; understanding of Western
writing styles.

V. Privacy, Confidentiality and Copyright

All personal details provided to us are kept strictly confidential. We treat all client information, specifications, instructions, and communications as fully confidential. We do not share, discuss, or
disclose client details with external parties.

We take extensive measures to protect data privacy.

VI. Right to amend terms and conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. While we strive to notify users of any material changes, it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

Your continued use of our services after any changes take effect will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue using Studycent's services.

VII. Limitation of liability

Our services are academic assistance and should not be considered professional advice or expertise in a particular field. Instructors use our products at their own discretion. StudentCent, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business opportunities, revenue, or any other intangible losses, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

This limitation applies, without limitation, to damages resulting from:

your use of or inability to use the Services;
your access to or inability to access the Services;
the actions or content of other users or third parties on or through the Services;
unauthorized access, use or modification of your Content;
Any improper or unethical use of our sample materials, teaching materials, or lesson plans may violate your institution's academic policies;
Late submission of sample work or failure to meet deadlines. You bear all risks related to timely completion and delivery;
Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the sample materials, teaching materials, lesson plans, or lecture slides provided. However, we may offer discounts or make adjustments to correct any material errors at the Company's discretion.

Any other liability is limited to the total amount you have paid to StudentCent over the past eighteen months.

VIII. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Studycent, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to:

Your access to or use of the Services;
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations; or
Your negligence or wilful misconduct.

Any disputes you may have with third parties arising from your use of the Services - such as disputes
with carriers, copyright holders, or other users - are solely between you and the third party. You
irrevocably release and hold harmless Studycent, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or damages (both actual and
consequential) connected to such disputes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

IX. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms, including their subject matter and formation, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes or claims, whether contractual or non-contractual, arising from or related to these Terms
and Conditions and the use of Studycent services by the User shall be resolved under the exclusive
jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

X. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
